As shown by the presentation of color and pattern, the Holland girl is not a wallflower. Wearing neon stripes, sixties-inspired prints and ripped denim; fall has a youthful brashness about it whether it comes in the shape of a glittery party dress or a more conservative look like a little black dress trimmed in tulle pleats.
